What "split by text" means here
Instead of fixed page counts, the split points come from the document itself. SplitByText reads the text inside your box on each page. Consecutive pages with the same text stay together, a change of text starts a new file, and pages with an empty box join the previous file.
Keep only the part you need
If the box catches extra words, add a pattern to keep just the useful part. For example, "\d{6}" keeps a six-digit ID, and "Invoice (\S+)" keeps whatever follows the word Invoice.
